The Love Like Lauryn Foundation exists to honor the life and legacy of Lauryn Akey through impaired driving prevention and awareness, scholarship opportunities in her name, and support for fishing and water-based programs that reflect her love for the water, while also standing with families who have experienced sudden tragedy.

Join us for the First Annual Pink Pole Classic Fishing Tournament on October 31st, 2026, as we come together to honor and celebrate the life of Lauryn Akey.
This tournament is open to all anglers of every age and skill level. Whether you’re a seasoned fisherman or simply enjoy spending a day on the water, we invite you to participate in this special event dedicated to Lauryn’s memory.
